01The name
Seven notes, seven commitments
Saptak is the seven-note scale of Indian music. We took the name because a building, like a raga, only works when every note is in place. These are the seven we hold ourselves to on every project.
- Quote carpet area first, every time.
- Print the RERA registration on every brochure, hoarding and ad.
- Give a written cost sheet before any booking amount.
- Link payments to construction stages, never ahead of the work.
- Send monthly site photos to every buyer.
- Close the snag list before possession, not after.
- Hand the society its documents, drawings and warranties.
